Step to make icesugar 40 works 2023-07-05

Simplest steps

  1. Follow https://clifford.at/icestorm install the toolchain. Ubuntu 22 apt-get don't have python and qt5-default, just remove it from cli
  2. Clone https://github.com/wuxx/icesugar, build the led example in src
  3. Copy it to the board

To make the RGB led work, put on these three jumpers
